About Me

My name is Braden Fears, and I’m a competitive powerlifter, strength coach, and personal trainer with a Master’s degree in Kinesiology.

I’ve spent years studying and applying the science of strength training, fat loss, and performance. Between my education and hands-on experience coaching clients, I’ve developed a system that removes the guesswork and focuses on what actually drives progress.
